A Moodle improvement starts with its installed version, theme, plugins and hosting environment. We also review course categories, administrative responsibilities and the problems users encounter.
The assessment distinguishes configuration changes, presentation adjustments and custom functionality. IOTIC provides independent Moodle implementation and customization services.

Changes your team can maintain
Before an upgrade, compatibility and backups need attention. Bulk operations, such as enrollment or date changes, require clear selection rules, a preview of the intended changes and validation with a small group.
A proposal should identify the changes, acceptance checks and ownership of future maintenance. For custom extensions, supported versions and documentation are agreed explicitly; compatibility with every future release is not assumed.
