Choose the first process to improve
When staff re-enter information in spreadsheets or handle requests across several channels, start by mapping the whole workflow. A useful first scope addresses a concrete need: delivering courses, finding learning materials, processing applications or giving students access to academic information.
We identify the people involved, the data each person needs and the output each process must produce. This gives your institution a manageable first release and a basis for later improvements.

What goes into your proposal

How remote delivery works
The first discussion covers your workflow, a relevant portfolio example, the working language and meeting times. We can start with a focused module or improvements to an existing platform.
The proposal separates development, hosting, third-party licenses or services and support. It also defines deliverables, agreed source-code access, data handling, review stages and payment terms, so you can evaluate the scope before commissioning the project.

Do we need to replace every system?+
Not necessarily. A focused improvement or a new module may be enough. The choice depends on your current platforms and the agreed scope.
Can we work with IOTIC remotely?+
Yes. We coordinate remotely with institutions in Peru and welcome international inquiries. Working language, time zones and delivery terms are agreed in the proposal.
